Dr. Joseph Kobina Essibu is a philanthropist who spends the bulk of his time, wisdom, energy and resources in helping the poor and needy in society.

His compassion goes out to young people who are in need of education, jobs and financial support. As a result, he has become a father to countless people and has raised thousands of young people into their place of destiny.

He is the founder and Executive Director of Ideal College.
