Mr. John Worla Korsi Heloo was the pioneer Country Director for Heifer International, Ghana. He is an accomplished Development Practitioner with more than 30 years’ experience working for and managing Non-Profit interventions. He knows every nook and cranny of Ghana.

He brings to the DSC Board much knowledge and experience on NGO operations and management. He has worked with Cooperatives and Community Based Organisations throughout his working career.
